[size=3][color=black] 荆楚网4月8日消息 (湖北日报) （记者王晶、通讯员巩平）昨日，省招委要求狠抓高考命题和考试安全，严肃考风考纪。
推行考生凭身份证、准考证双证参考制度，加强对有组织、有预谋的团伙舞弊、雇人代考或替考，以及利用手机、互联网等现代通讯手段传播涉嫌泄密、诈骗有害信息等各类危害考试安全的违法违纪行为的有效防范和打击。
凡以虚报、隐瞒或伪造、涂改有关材料及其他欺诈手段，或者因招生工作人员或其他人员的徇私舞弊行为取得考试资格或录取资格的考生，将取消其当年的考试资格或录取资格；已经被录取或取得学籍的，将取消其入学资格或学籍并将其退回户口所在地。
对考试作弊行为情节严重的考生，取消其当年全国统考各科成绩，同时给予下一年度不得报名参加全国统考的处理；触犯法律的，依法追究法律责任。
对参加全国统考的高级中等教育学校非应届毕业的在校生，取消其当年全国统考各科成绩，同时给予其应届毕业当年不得报名参加全国统考的处理。
对参加全国统考的高校在校生，取消其当年全国统考各科成绩，并由其所在高校依规处理；替他人参加全国统考、在全国统考中组织作弊或使用通讯设备作弊及其他作弊行为严重的，高校可以给予其开除学籍处分。[/color][/size]
